Welcome  to Your monthly yogic blessings class.

 

The key to any exercise is fitting it into YOUR schedule, not anyone else's. That might mean you cannot manage to practise every day, but you might consider doing your routine twice a week. You choose what works for you. 

 

Magic is tapped into through using our intuition and by practising yoga often, we are harnessing the present moment, relieving stress and keeping our bodies in flow for the magic to flow.

 

Let this little slice of serene paradise become your go-to when life gets a little manic.
